ISABELLE AND TASMAN
THE STORY BEHIND
ISABELLE'S FOREVER VALENTINE
We were married on 14 February 2026 at Rossiville Homestead, a private family property in Baw Baw that feels deeply woven into our story. Choosing Valentine’s Day felt incredibly meaningful, and celebrating in a place filled with history, family and heart made it even more special. The gardens, some dating back almost two centuries, created the most romantic backdrop and it felt surreal standing there surrounded by the people who know us best.
From the beginning, I had a very clear vision of how I wanted the day to feel. As a graphic designer and content creator, it was finally my turn to design something that felt completely us. Timeless and romantic, but modern. Paloma Events brought that vision to life with beautiful striped detailing, layered green accents and a palette that felt effortless against the character of the homestead. Mrs Gibbons Flowers created the most breathtaking, garden inspired arrangements that felt as though they had always belonged there.
Fashion was such a personal part of it all. I’ve always believed what you wear should feel like an extension of who you are, and I wanted every look to feel cohesive and intentional. The bridesmaids wore TOJHÀ gowns that were modern, elegant and beautifully cut. I had actually saved these gowns on my Pinterest boards for over a year, knowing my girls would look incredible in them. The soft shine and delicate double layers caught the light so beautifully and felt perfect for the setting and overall mood of the day.
I also designed all of the stationery and signage myself through my studio, Avenue Studios (@avenuestudios_), which made the day even more personal. From the first invitation to the smallest on the day detail, I wanted every element to reflect the same refined, romantic mood, with thoughtful typography, subtle texture and a sense of cohesion throughout.
In the end, the entire celebration felt intentional and deeply us, understated yet impactful, emotional yet effortless, the most beautiful beginning to our forever.
